Description
Assists ambulatory cancer patients with ground transportation to and from cancer treatment. Cancer patients should be able to walk unassisted to and from the vehicle, their residence, and the treatment center.
More information:
If the patient needs assistance walking or requires a walking aid and is unable to operate the aid by themselves, the patient is required to be accompanied by another person who can provide assistance.
Assists with cancer-related appearance products as well as information and referral.
Eligibility
-Open to Cancer patients/Caregivers.
-Patients must be traveling to a cancer-related medical appointment.
-Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legally responsible adult, such as a parent.
