Description

Provides lung health assistance, information, and disease counseling. Also provides a tobacco cessation program to improve the health of individuals with lung disease. Other services include:

Educational programs for individuals living with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Prevention programs designed to raise awareness about risk factors that lead to lung disease.

Also provides a helpline where patients can speak to a lung health professional.
