Program: NATIONAL HISPANIC FAMILY HEALTH HELPLINE

Description

Provides health information for Hispanic families to help prevent and manage chronic conditions. Also offers referrals to local health providers and federally supported programs. This includes the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP).
