Program: RICHARD DEVYLDER DISASTER RELIEF FUND

Agency: CALIFORNIA FOUNDATION FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING CENTERS (CFILC)

Description

Assists individuals with disabilities forced to evacuate without personal assistive technology or durable medical equipment. Replaces lost critical assistive technology, tools, and devices. Also covers some motel/hotel stays.

Eligibility

If you are a person with a disability or an older adult who has been impacted by a California disaster, and you have lost your personal AT or DME
