Description
Offers pro-bono legal services for veterans, their families, and survivors. Assists clients to file an appeal Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Also provides legal representation to veterans with discharges due to conduct related to:
- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Military Sexual Trauma (MST)
- Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
- Don't Ask, Don't Tell
- Anti-LGBTQIA+ policies.
Also offers naturalization pro-bono services and services specific for women veterans.
Eligibility
Veterans or qualifying family member of a veteran.
