Program: DEAF AND DISABLED TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM

Description

Offers telecommunication equipment and services to people in California who are deaf. Also assists individuals that are hard of hearing or have a disability. Equipment includes telephones, amplifiers, ring-signal and speech devices, headsets, switches, and accessories.

Eligibility

Must be a California resident and certified as having a permanent or temporary disability.

Must have an existing phone service.
