Provides weatherization programs in partnership with a network of local contractors. Provides installation of energy efficiency improvements for qualified farmworker households. Offers solar photovoltaic systems to save energy, lower utility expenses, and improve housing. Offers attic insulation, weather stripping doors, and new windows. Offers home heating and cooling systems improvements.
