Description
Assists clients in evaluating goals, and values or changing ineffective behaviors. Provides support to:
- Explore and meet personal goals
- Improve communication
- Set boundaries
- Handle conflict
Life coaching can be a continuation service from previous classes such as anger management, co-parenting, drug and alcohol treatment, and education or family support.
Eligibility
Open to all adults age 18 or older
