Description
Provides comprehensive child development services to low-income families in Ventura County. Serves families with children from birth to 3 years old, as well as women who are pregnant. Home visits and group socialization provided to strengthen relationship between child and parent. Program options include Home-Based and Toddler Center.
Eligibility
-Household income must meet the Federal Poverty Level guidelines
-Child must be Birth-3 years of age
-For full day childcare, parent(s) must be working, seeking employment or attending school full time.

Documents
Child's birth certificate, child's immunization record. For expectant mothers, proof of pregnancy with expected date of delivery. Proof of family gross annual income (most current income tax report or for the last 12 months, and current Notice of Action of CalWORKS Cash Assistant (if applicable)
