Description
Facilitates a marketplace where legal residents can enroll in health insurance coverage. Offers the opportunity for potential clients to receive financial assistance to make coverage more affordable. They can compare and choose health coverage that meets their needs and budget. Provides options for small business owners to provide health insurance coverage for their employees.
Under the Affordable Healthcare Act, health insurance coverage cannot be denied or canceled if resident is sick or has pre-existing health conditions.
Eligibility

Businesses with 50 or fewer full-time equivalent employees will be able to purchase health insurance.
Businesses with 25 or fewer full-time employees can learn about possible eligibility for tax credits.

Fees
Fees vary on a case by case basis. To make sure you are covered in 2021, you must enroll in health insurance before January 31, 2021. Penalties will be assessed for anyone not covered by this date.
