Description
Provides a home rehabilitation program that offers low-income homeowners affordable repair services. Services can include one of the following areas:
- Exterior services
- Minor repairs inside the home
- Major repairs (ADA bathroom, kitchens, roof replacement repairs, etc.)
Eligibility
Must be low to very low income. Applicant/homeowner income must be between 20% and 70% of Ventura County's median income as recommended by Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Home must be owner occupied.
Must demonstrate need.

Proof of income. Proof of ownership.
Fees
Fees vary based on services and ability to pay. May be eligible for FREE services.
