Description
Offers a safe environment for adults in need of additional care during the day. Care is provided to adults with the following medical conditions:
- Alzheimer's disease
- Parkinson's disease
- Stroke brain injury
- Decreasing mobility
- Dementia-of any kind
- Chronic conditions
Also offers respite for caregivers and families. Transportation can be arranged.
Eligibility
Must be 18 years of age or older.
