Offers programs that educate about improved health and chronic health issues. Programs include:
Healthier Living Program
Six-week program designed to better manage chronic health conditions.
Chronic Pain Self-Management Program
Six-week program that teaches skills to better manage chronic pain symptoms.
Diabetes Self-Management Program
Teaches methods that will reduce fatigue, pain, stress, and fear. Also teaches about exercise and healthy eating to manage diabetes
Matter of Balance
Designed to manage falls and increase activity levels, and improve balance.
Tai Chi for Arthritis
Designed for those looking to relieve pain from arthritis or other chronic conditions, and improve movement, balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation.
