Description
Investigates and prosecutes real estate fraud involving criminal misconduct. Cases are reviewed in the order received. Not all cases are investigated, due to the limited nature of investigative resources.
Eligibility
Must be a victim of Real Estate fraud.

Documents
Submit a completed complaint form along with all supporting documents in person or by mail. Complaint forms are available upon request in English and Spanish.
