Provides bilingual one-on-one assistance to legal immigrants in applying for family-based immigration services.
Services include:
- Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration
- Citizenship classes
- Application to report the birth of a child abroad
- Petition for alien relative
- Affidavit of Support
- Application to register permanent residence or adjust status
- Petition to remove conditions on residence
- Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
- Application for action on an approved application or petition
- Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act
- Application to replace Permanent Resident Card
- Application for Naturalization
- FBI Fingerprints/DOJ Livescans
