Program: CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION CLIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Description

Provides bilingual one-on-one assistance to legal immigrants in applying for family-based immigration services.

Services include:

  • Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration
  • Citizenship classes
  • Application to report the birth of a child abroad
  • Petition for alien relative
  • Affidavit of Support
  • Application to register permanent residence or adjust status
  • Petition to remove conditions on residence
  • Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
  • Application for action on an approved application or petition
  • Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act
  • Application to replace Permanent Resident Card
  • Application for Naturalization
  • FBI Fingerprints/DOJ Livescans

Must be a legal immigrant
