Description
Volunteer-assisted organization providing non-medical hospice support to individuals who are terminally ill (or those with a life-limiting illness), their families, and friends. Offers emotional, social, and spiritual support. Weekly visits range from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the patient/volunteer.
Eligibility
Residents of the Conejo Valley, Simi Valley or Moorpark who are dealing with a terminal or life-limiting illness, and their families.
