Program: MOBILE HOME REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM

Descriptions
Provides an interest loan up to eligible households who own their mobile homes and need assistance bringing their home up to code. Program structurally upgrades single family mobile home by removing unhealthy and unsafe conditions.
Loan is provided at 0% interest with loan balance forgiveness after five years.
Typical repairs may include:
- Plumbing/sewer
- Electrical
- Re-roofing
- Painting
- Windows and doors
- Structural repairs
- Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- ADA accessibility improvements
Eligibility
Must be a resident owner within Ventura city limits and meet the 80% Area Median Income (AMI) for low-income mobile homeowners.
