Provides volunteers who offer free tutoring to adults seeking to learn English and to understand U.S. culture. Trained volunteers are matched with adult learners in their own community so they can form long-term bonds
Eligibility
Must be an adult who resides in Ventura County and wishes to speak, read, write, and understand the English language and the American culture.
