Description
Ensures quality care for residents of skilled nursing and assisted-living care facilities. Ombudsmen identify, investigate, and resolve complaints made by, or on behalf of facility residents. Provide services to help in safeguarding their health, safety, welfare, and rights. Ombudsmen are trained, certified and mandated by federal and state authorities.
Eligibility
Must be residents of long term care facilities to receive this service.
