Description
Provides pediatric rehabilitation services for children from birth to age 22 years. Provides early intervention for children from birth to 3 years of age who are at risk for developmental delay or or have a known diagnosis. Services include:
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech therapy
- Language therapy
- Auditory disorder assessment
- Pediatric massage
Services can be provided either at home, school, or at main office site.
Eligibility
Children from birth to 22 years of age with a developmental delay.
