Provides mediation as an option to resolve conflict that meets the mutual needs of the participants. Mediation is confidential and utilizes the assistance of a neutral mediator. They facilitate the process in an attempt to reach a resolution for the dispute. Decisions are made by the parties themselves. Mediators are not determining right/wrong, fair/unfair, and no legal advice offered.
Types of disputes that can be mediated are:
