Description
The Path to Employment
Offers employment services to individuals with disabilities or disadvantages. The goal is to help them overcome barriers to employment. Participants are placed in environments that are compatible with their interests and abilities.
The Path to Independence
Assists people with disabilities, or disadvantages, who desire to live more independently. Program participants learn health and medication management. Also teaches community living skills. This includes nutritional cooking, personal hygiene, safety, banking, and money management.
Eligibility
Must be referred from Department of Rehabilitation or Tri Counties Regional Center.
Application Process
Call Tri-Counties or Department of Rehabilitation for referral.
