Descriptions
Provides in-home care and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities. Services are offered to individuals living at home with their parents or primary caregivers.
Respite Services are designed to give the primary caregiver a short break. This allows them to relax or attend to other matters while their loved one is being supervised.
Eligibility
Referred by Regional Center or RFA family with a child in placement 12 years of age or younger. Independent pay clients are currently on pause.
Application Process
Regional Center referral and authorization for individuals with developmental disabilities, or verification of Resource Family certification from Ventura County.
Documents
Individualized forms to be completed by each family.
