Description
Provides Section 8 rental subsidies for low income households. Maintains lists of available rental housing that is owned or managed by individuals who have agreed to accept tenants who have Section 8 certificates.
Eligibility
Must be at least 18 years old or be an emancipated youth.
Must be a legal resident.
Must have a clear background check.
Must have a family of 2 or more
Must be disabled or 55 years or older to apply as an individual
Application Process
Call or visit website to pre-apply. A self-certified pre-application is required in order to be placed on the waiting list.

Fees
No fee to apply. Clients pay 30% of their income for rent.
