Program: IMMIGRATION LEGAL SERVICES (DACA ASSISTANCE)

Description
Completes immigration forms and assists victims of domestic violence file for legal status. Also assists with the following services:
- Helps with citizenship applications
- Translates documents
- Assist with application for Individual Taxpayer Identification Number(ITIN)
- Assist with application for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals(DACA)
- Assists eligible permanent residents apply for U.S. Citizenship
- Helps individuals renew their permanent residency card
All legal staff and volunteers are supervised by Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) representatives.

Must be a Mexican immigrant

Call for assistance.
Documents
-Copies of the Application for Naturalization form (Form N-400) may be requested.
-Males under 31 years of age must have Selective Service number and date of registration.
