Description
Provides occupational and physical therapy to children with neuromuscular disorders.
Eligibility
Must be a child or adolescent 21 years of age or younger with a neuromuscular disorder (Cerebral Palsy, Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, Muscular Dystrophy, Spina Bifida). Eligibility criteria requires physician medical reports to substantiate the neuromuscular condition.

Physician, family, or agency referral. Please call for assistance.
