Medical services - Offers the following medical services:
- Well-baby checks
- Immunizations
- Martial blood tests
- Health screening
- Pregnancy testing
- Diabetes and hypertension care
- Nutritional counseling
- Health education and disease prevention
- Comprehensive prenatal services
- Mammogram
- Cancer detection services
Mental health - Helps patients find the most effective solutions for their mental health issues. Provides counseling settings for individuals and youth.
Dental Services - Provides dental services. This includes preventative services, restorations, dentures, bridges, crowns, and orthodontics (braces and Invisalign).
Optometry services - Provides comprehensive eye examinations for both adults and children. Staff will also assist in contact lens diagnosis, management, and contact lens training. Offers selection of frames and lens options.

Medi-Cal card, insurance card or last pay stub.
Fees
Accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare and most private insurance. Sliding scale available. No one is turned away due to the inability to pay.
