Description
Helps moms and their coaches prepare for the birth of their baby. Classes are offered Wednesdays and Thursdays. Helps prepare for the birth the mom desire through the use of education and alternative therapies. Class includes:
- Insight into pregnancy
- The birthing process
- Coping techniques
- Coach's role
- Recovery
- Newborn care
- Breastfeeding
- Pain management
- Unexpected labor situations

Application Process
Call to pre-register, pre-registration is required to participate in the class.
