Offers a 21-day youth shelter for up to 6 youth. Seeks to reunite youth with their families or helps locate appropriate alternative placements. Services include:
- Shelter stay
- Case management
- Youth specific resource information
- Family mediation
- Recreational programs
- Basic needs (hygiene products, clothing, and food)
- Transportation to and from activities
- Tutoring services
- Aftercare services for youth after they leave the shelter
Eligibility
Runaway, homeless, and at-risk youth from 12-17 years of age in Ventura County and must NOT be a ward of the state or on active probation.
