Description
Provides one-on-one telephone or in-person assistance to help seniors understand the use of the following:
- iPhones, iPads, and Tablets
- Common applications such as FaceTime and medical telehealth calls.
Also provides The Zoom Room which provides a confidenciaul computer room to help conduct Zoom calls for medical provider, attorney, family fun and connectivity calls (birthdays, anniversaries, births, weddings, etc), or other online services to conduct activities of daily living (online grocery shopping or the arrangement of other online services).
Sessions are about 30 minutes long.
