Description
Provides support services for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Services include:
- Employment services- offers job placement, job coaching, and advocacy
- Adult day programs- offers recreational activities such as art, socialization, and holiday celebrations
- Residential services- helps with housekeeping and personal hygiene, food, and meal preparation training
- Independent living skills program- provides support with social skills, cooking, money management, public transportation and travel training
Eligibility
Must be 18 years of age or older and have a developmental disability
