Description
Dental clinic services provided include:
- Cleanings
- Simple extractions
- Fillings
- Complete dentures
- Flouride treatments
All services are provided by volunteer dentists, dental hygienists and dental assistants.
Eligibility
Must be 12 years of age or younger to qualify.
Application Process
Call to make an appointment. If no answer, call and leave your name, phone number and dental problem. Someone will return your call within a week and schedule an appointment.

$40 donation is suggested but not required.
