Descriptions
Provides transportation for older adults that need assistance getting to COVID-19 testing or vaccine appointments. Transportation assistance includes services to older adults that need lift assist and gurney transportation. Driver will take individual, wait for them, help them at the site, and take them home.
Must have an appointment before scheduling a ride.
Eligibility
Must be an older adult (60 years or older) who already has an appointment for COVID-19 testing or vaccine.
