Description
Provides a utility rate assistance program for eligible households. Qualified households will receive a discount of $25.00 per month on their Southern California Edison or SoCalGas bill.

Eligibility
Must be an Oxnard resident.
Must be accepted into the CARE program for Southern California Edison or SoCalGas.
Application Process
Visit website for application. After completing application, send by mail or scan and email. Completed application must be received by the 15th to be considered for the following month's discount.

-Completed application -Proof of acceptance into the CARE program for Southern California Edison or SoCalGas -Recent utility bill in the applicant's name -Valid California Driver's License
