Descriptions
Volunteer attorneys provide counseling to tenants with inability to pay rent due to COVID-19. LEPA is intended to provide tenants with information on their rights and protections under state and federal law.
Eligibility
Must be a tenant with inability to pay rent due to COVID-19. Must fall under 125% of the federal poverty guidelines, households with income above the guidelines will be denied service and provided with relevant referrals to other non-profits that do not income qualify.
