DELIVERY ONLY- DO NOT REFER CALLER DIRECTLY TO SITE.
Provides free delivery of dog and cat food donated by The Humane Society of Ventura County via DoorDash. Deliveries are contactless and customers will be notified by text when delivery is on its way if they provide a cellphone number.
Note: Not accepting new enrollments at this time. Still actively delivering for formerly enrolled customers.
Eligibility
Must live within 15 miles of pantry address, must have physical address with front door or place for Dasher to leave box
Application Process
Intake is done by the Food Delivery Team. They are available Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm. Please transfer caller to Food Pharmacy_Eng or Food Pharmacy_Span skill. After hours, please direct caller to call back during business hours or leave a voicemail with one of these skills.

Hours
Deliveries are available every Wednesday for dog food or every Thursday for cat food. DoorDash will drop off the box between approximately 1pm and 5pm (caller cannot choose a specific time) - if a cellphone number is provided when enrolled, a text message will be sent when the delivery is on its way.
