Description
Provides one-time financial assistance to renters who have been paying rent in the City of Ventura for at least 90 days and who are unable to pay their rent in full due to an unusual expense or temporary loss of pay. Offered to individuals who have had/need a one-time financial setback and can pay future rent on their own. Individuals are eligible for assistance one-time in a 12-month period.
Eligibility
Open to all families and individuals living in the city of Ventura and on the verge of becoming homeless due to a one-time but consequential event such as temporary job loss, accident, illness or major medical bill.
