Description
Helps moms and their coaches prepare for the birth of their baby. Classes are held one weekend a month. Helps prepare for the birth the mom desire through the use of education and alternative therapies. Class includes:
- Insight into pregnancy
- The birthing process
- Coping techniques
- Coach's role
- Recovery
- Newborn care
- Breastfeeding
- Pain management
- Unexpected labor situations

Open to all
Application Process
Call to register, pre-registration is required to participate in class.
