Program: STRENGTHENING ADOPTIVE FAMILIES THROUGH EDUCATION - (SAFE) RECONNECTION PROGRAM

Description

Provides older adopted youth and adults emotional preparation and guidance in searching for their birth family. Services include a thorough assessment, assistance in gathering and organizing documentation, psycho-education, and therapeutic support to prepare for contact. Duration is 4 to 5 monthly sessions with weekly check-ins.

Eligibility

Older youth and adults who were adopted from dependency court.
