Description
Provides services at all three clinics and through referrals via local community partnerships in the following areas:
- Primary care including diagnosis, prescriptions, lab work, mammograms, X-rays, vision, dental and heart health and diabetes prevention.
- Free clothing provision and grocery program on a weekly basis
- Assists clients to understand basic health information to make better health decisions
- Mental health and nutritional counseling workshops
- 2-Year High School Healthcare training and internship for youth
