Program: SENIOR RESOURCE PROGRAM (SRP)

Description
Provides referrals of dental and vision services to low-income, at risk, and uninsured seniors (62 years of age and older). Links them with oral health and vision care service providers throughout Ventura County. Their goal is to reduce inequities and disparities for seniors accessing oral and vision health services.
Eligibility
Must be 62 years of age or older
Must be low income
Must be uninsured or underserved.
Application Process
Call for assistance. Referral is required. Referrals can not be made by clients, clients can seek referrals from hospitals (physicians/nurses), medical clinics, government agencies, agricultural businesses, and non-profits.
