Empowering teens and young adults experiencing foster care through mentoring, life skills, housing navigation, transportation, & financial support.

Eligibility

-Must be a Ventura County resident
-Youth must have an open case with the Ventura County Children and Family Services (foster care system) or have aged out of that system, and or come through another foster care system and now reside in Ventura County.
