Program: SEASONAL FLU VACCINATION

Description
Provides influenza vaccinations to residents with a focus on high-risk populations.
Eligibility
Open to all, but with a focus on the following populations:
-Adults and children who have chronic medical problems (e.g., asthma, aspirin therapy, immunosuppression, metabolic disorders)
-Children 6 months to 18 years of age
-Pregnant women
-Healthcare personnel who provide direct patient care
-Household contacts and out-of-home caregivers of children aged less than 6 months

Fees
Fees vary. Accepts most insurance. Seasonal flu vaccine is free at temporary/one day sites & is $9 at Public Health Clinics. Those who have Medicare Part B will be billed If you have private insurance bring preauthorization from doctor or you will have to pay the fee and submit for reimbursement.
