Offers health screenings, outreach, and education for the prevention and control of chronic conditions. Also offers opportunities for physical activity such as free Zumba and seated Tai Chi for adults. Early detection screenings include:
- Glucose (diabetes)
- Education and referrals
- Blood pressure (hypertension)
- Body fat and body mass index (BMI)
