Description
Offers a supplemental nutrition program for women who are pregnant or post-partum, and children under five years of age. Participants receive electronic benefits to purchase healthy food and nutrition education to help achieve and maintain good health.
Provides support and education for women who are breastfeeding or are considering breastfeeding.
Eligibility
Must be pregnant, post-partum, or a parent/caregiver with a child from birth to 5 years of age.
Must meet low-to-moderate income requirements.
