Assesses the needs of women and children by providing support and health services. Services include:
- Public Health Nurses provide home visits to families with children
- Prenatal and postpartum home visits
- Infant, Children, and Adolescents Health awareness and prevention
- Parenting and Health Education
- Child Abuse Prevention Program
- Nurse Family Partnership Home Visitation Program (prenatal until child is two years old)
- Comprehensive Perinatal Service Program
