Description
Offers supportive services to Native American families. Supportive services may consist of, but are not limited to:
- professional development
- bus passes
- fuel allowance
- child care
- vehicle repair
- driver's license fees
- vehicle registration fees
- clothing allowances
- grooming needs, tools
- uniforms and footware
- utilities and rental assistance
Eligibility
-Must be a Ventura County resident
-Must meet income and resource requirements including: Income equal to or less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Limit. Resource requirements equal to or less than $4,000 with some exclusions.
-Must be a member or descended of A Federally Recognized Tribe or the California Indian Judgement Rolls.
-Must have minor children under 18 years of age in your care.

-Completed TANF application
-Proof of Tribal Affiliation
-Valid picture ID for all adults
-Birth Records for all members of the household
-Social Security Cards for all members of the household
-Verification of school attendance for all children in the household
-Immunization records for all children in the household
-Proof of earned and unearned income
