Description
BIC Brain Injury Home at Banner Avenue offers a 24-hour long-term Adult Residential Facility (ARF) exclusively for brain injury survivors. The facility has five bedrooms, a cottage, expansive landscapes, patios, and gardens. Services include:
- 24/7 care and supervision
- three meals per day and two snacks with kitchen access
- transportation for medical appointments
- recreational outings within Ventura County
- medication assistance
- medical care coordination
Eligibility
Must be a brain injury survivor (whether caused by trauma, stroke, tumor or illness) or a family member of a brain injury survivor.
