Resource center offering:
Consultation and Education: All clients receive free, confidential and personalized guidance in managing caregiving responsibilities and referrals to helpful resources.
Support Groups: Staff-facilitated groups offer caregivers a venue for peer support.
Mental Health Counseling: Short-term counseling is available to help family members adjust to initial or ongoing challenges related to caregiving.
Respite Care: Eligible clients may receive short-term respite given available funding.
Eligibility
-Must be a Ventura County resident
-Must be a nonpaid family and friend adult caregivers
Application Process
Join CareNav, a secure online portal: coast.cacrc.org/login. Upon creating an account, a staff member will reach out to enroll eligible persons
