Description
Matches qualified care providers with recipients of the IHSS program who need assistance with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, clean-up, shopping, and errands as authorized.
Eligibility
Clients matched with a care provider from registry
Application Process
Once approved, the Public Authority receives a referral from the IHSS social worker and assists in making a match between the provider and recipient. The recipient is the employer of record.
Documents
Providers must complete background check (including LiveScan fingerprinting), an orientation and complete enrollment forms and documents.
